How can I get ahold of staff after hours for emergencies?

Please call Morgan at 403-336-4170 for after hours emergencies or noise complaints, please note this line is not for bookings or inquiries about the park or availability. For emergencies requiring EMS, Fire, or RCMP call 911 directly before notifying park staff. Bylaw or RCMP are a good resource in the event we are unable to be reached.

How do I register for camping?

Each of the camp sites have Green colored registration boxes mounted to black steel posts, and are marked on the map of each park. In this box you will find envelopes to fill out with your information. Please place cash/cheque in the envelope, seal and deposit in the slot of the registration box. 


If you wish to pay via card  please mark the payment type in the box and deposit the envelope into the slot, the camp host will stop by during your stay to collect the payment 

*PLEAE DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD INFO ON THE ENVELOPE*


If paying using etransfer please include the site number and the number please note the site number and arrival date in the notes  and ensure the etransfer is coming from the same name as is on the envelope. this makes it much easier for staff to verify the transfer and assign it to the correct site.

How do we get firewood or Ice?

Please call our staff and we will deliver your ice/firewood as soon as we are able. We strive to keep wait times short, but they can increase depending on demand and our current taks at hand. Try to order product well in advance of when you plan to use it.

Are all the sites first come first serve?

Yes, all our camp sites are first come first serve except the group sites. Availability can very greatly depending on factors like weather, long weekwnds, and fire bans.

When can we arrive at the campground?

First come first serve campers may arrive at any time, the only time required to adhere to is the 12:00 PM checkout time. if you wish to stay longer or extend your stay, please do so in the registration box before noon.

Group Camping FAQ

this section is for group Camp specific FAQ's

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days in advance of arrival date, after the 30 day window has passed deposits are non-refundable

What are the unit minimums for group sites?

The unit minimum for a group site reflects the minimum charge for a group site per night. for example Willow creek group A has a three unit minimum. this means that the smallest per night charge for that site is three units at $75/night. This number will increase by $25/night per unit above three units.

When do we pay the outstanding balance of the group sites?

The outstanding balance of the group camping is due the day after your arrival. once everyone has arrived and settled in staff will stop by to collect the balance. Please try to have organized any outstanding cash/cheques above the deposit amount ready for management, etransfers and credit card are also accepted at this time but please make sure to include the site location in the etransfer description

When we booked we paid a deposit. is that deposit put towards our camping fees?

Yes, the deposit is apoplied towards the camping fees upon arrival.

What time can I arrive at the group camp spots?

Check in time 2:00 PM

Check out time 12:00 PM
